How to Report Critical Errors

Greeting pilots!  :honoring:
When you suffer a game crash, you will get an error message like this one (example):

Critical Error Occurred
Exception (EXCEPTION: 0xE06D7363 @ 0x7676B9BC) received
Please send the logs/121101_165546.dmp and the last log to developers.
You can press Ctrl+C to copy this message to the clipboard.

To report the issue, we need the following information:
  • Game log of that crash, that is on the folder "C:\Games\World_of_Warplanes\logs". It is the one indicated on the error message (121101_165546.log on the example above)
  • ".dmp" file that was created with the crash, it's on the same folder and the same name as the log file, but with ".dmp" extension (121101_165546.dmp on the example above)
  • A description of what were you doing when the crash happeneed
  • Your dxdiag file


Also a copy-paste of the error message is appreciated.

If you have problems attaching the Required files, compress them with winzip; if that doesn't help, use any sharing files website and send us the link
As a general tip, if your game crashes very often, reduce your graphical settings; it can be helpful!
