Hello there. I've got  three questions:

- i'm almost 17 and i didn't understand how i could show that i received a permission from someone older than me ("If you are under the age of 18, you must obtain parental or guardian permission to enter the competition."), by the way i already received it :laugh::wink:;

- i think i've read almost everything about the contest, but i didn't understand how can i concretely obtain points; is there a counter, or something similar? Do you notify the winner of a contest or not, for example using e-mail?

- about the video, must it be the most realistic as possibile? Or it must show the interface and features of the game? To be short: must it be as a trailer or not?

When u said that names must be visible in in-game UI, i didnt understand that. If i want to make a video without in-game UI how can i show my and other contributors names?

That would be nice, but unfortunately it isn't possible.

  • If you have obtained permission from your parent or guardian, then you can enter a submission.
  • Unfortunately there is no counter for the points. We will calculate them all and then post up the results sometime after the month has ended.
  • Well we need to see your username in the user interface for it to be a valid entry. Keep in mind that every other valid entry will be doing the same thing, so you'll be on a level playing field with other submissions.

They can get the "participant" points we mentioned in the first post, but only the username that submits the video can gain the full reward. You can of course participate in your friend's video. Keep in mind that two people cannot submit the same video.

You can at the very least simply capture the in-game sound while you capture the in-game footage.  Soundtracks of music from the games can be found in various ways through the Internet.

Keep in mind that the video is about combined in-game footage from World of Tanks and World of Warplanes. Beware adding stuff that might detract from that, or otherwise not add to the theme of team cooperation and coordination.

You are welcome to make a video without showing your username or your participant's usernames in the user interface, but if you do so it will not be a valid submission and we will not count it for this contest. So sorry, it's kinda like our way or the highway.

I have a problem. I have already made a video when I noticed what there username must be clearly visible. So you won't see my username in clips with tanks. However, my name is visible in clips with planes. Will this submition be counted?

So my video is exactly 1:00:16 minutes long. Is that ok considering it has to be over 1 minute and this one is just a bit over the 1 minute mark?

Curious. When you say footage from the games only, does this also mean that I should omit opening and closing credits from the final product as well? Just checking.

Hey, that would be a disaster! I usually use and create layouts and effects for my videos (that aren't affected by copyright of course) and i think a video should include them all to be a decent video!

By the way, i was thinking to an other question:

- in my video in some scenes i appear while i'm using my tank, and, in the same battle, i sometimes appear without interface and ,some seconds after, with the interface; so, you'll be able to verify that the images are from my PC, and to see my name displayed. I hope that this won't make my submition invalid :unsure:.
