questions:
Do we have to "draw" it ourself in a program like photoshop / pain / ... / hand drawn, or could we just photoshop already made pictures into 1 picture ?
If we draw, will you take in even the bad drawings? :P It's something...

"To participate you have to post your picture (it must be 2MB or less in a common image format such as .jpg, .png or .bmp) in the dedicated thread here."

... So can you please stop posting pictures here?

All information you need is provided in the original post, I think some should read more carefully.

Btw, the link given under "How to submit your artwork" links to the information site, not the submission thread. The link in "Contest Specifications" leads to the correct thread...

Are models allowed? Let's say, a diorama with tanks, planes and ships?

If that's what you call an artwork, then yes, but you have to create the models yourself. else that's just cheating.

I've made the following line bold. Please read ALL of the entry rules.

  • To participate you have to post your picture (it must be 2MB or less in a common image format such as .jpg, .png or .bmp) in the dedicated thread here.

Thanks!

It says in the description that your image must be 2 MB or smaller anyway. So better scale it down a bit, otherwise it might not be valid. I got that Error earlier when I tried to read some threads - might be something about the forum; now it seems to work.
