Greetings Pilots!

We all wish to get better, stronger, to win more! And everyone has started somewhere.

But, there are some special players, some of you, who like to share their knowledge and expertise to help others! To help them improve and to have more fun. We are looking for volunteers, who wish to be Training instructors!  The Community Team would like to support your Training projects.

We are looking for players, who wish to help others learn, to get better at the game. Who want to try to organize training lessons, maybe even form a Training clan (as soon as that is possible).

How can we support you:

  • Dedicated forum section for your organisation, which you can manage
  • Special forum group (for example Contributor - Instructor)
  • Advertisement of your Training program / Clan via our game portal, Facebook, Twitter...
  • Trainees who complete a long, organised training schedule can receive a minor in-game reward

What should instructors do:

  • Have positive attitude and be helpful
  • Cooperate with the Community Team
  • Prepare organised Training program
    • Regular training classes in-game
    • Use the official forums to promote the system
    • Use TeamSpeak
    • Cooperate with the Community Team
    • You can use your external website/forums
    • Recruit more Instructors and staff into your program
    • Monitor the progress of your students

If you are interested, please contact the regional Community Team and provide detailed presentation of your Training program. We will be happy to discuss it with you and help you to make it happen!

Kind regards

Your Community Team

Sounds very interesting, but I wander how much time it consumes...

I have never been a part of something similar, and I did not play the tanks,

so some details would be appreciated.

Regards,

M.

Sounds good. Would be nice to get some training and insight into proper team play from some decent pilots. I do miss some banter on teamspeak when playing this game !!!!

Did any clans sign up to this ?

Only just seen this! I'd be happy to help where I could but I don't consider myself anywhere near the top of the game but I'm happy to chip in where I can!

I am happy to be a "test-n00b" as I've not had many battles and am grateful of any assistance to improve. If that works, then I can also be an impartial advocate in a kind of "I did it and it improved me massively, its great, its free, why not go for it" kind of way.

OK, I'd be very grateful if people would have a quick nosey peak at this and see what they think about it? And yes I have spent about 5 hours doing this and thinking about it and if i don't post it up for review by somebody i may go power-point blind and start putting even more pictures in there! :teethhappy:

OK I have been having a quick play around with this http://maptactic.com/ and trying to get some organised routes and suggested paths for people to follow. Not sure if I should create separate map guides for each individual class or whether to stick it all on one briefing map to illustrate how it all fits together....

As an (almost) update on whats happening with the training program at the moment... It's pretty much not happening for the foreseeable future...

It will take a hell of alot of effort by anyone organising it... and eekeeboo, ottenheimer and i are currently too busy with other things to take up the challenge alone. I think ontop of that eekeeboo has left the game for a bit, and i'm a little less active than normal too.

If any of us feel like picking it back up we'll give you lot a shout in here though as to our ideas and schedules :)
