Hi guys ,I have a small problem with the game. I installed WoWp a week ago and when I tried to play I got to the moment you enter the account and engages on loading ... after a while (or after minimizing the game) earning a black screen and sound only music for a while. Cover all the parameters except that my processor CPU is 2.40 Ghz and the game requires 2.66 ... Does anyone have any idea how to fix the problem, because I'd play World of Warplanes !?!?

Hello spidy2002, please can you attach your dxdiag report to a post so we can at least understand your system. From there we may be able to make suggestions as to how you can enjoy this great game (no I am not a WG team member!).

Ok, a long shot but it worked for me. I see you are running the latest Nvidia driver, that one was causing me issues with WoWP so I rolled back to the previous version (332.21) and that helped me.

Please edit your post with the Dxdiag report deleting everything from the bottom up to the line - 'Device Identifier: {D7B71E3E-4EA0-11CF-307E-87A31CC2C435}' that will help others as well! Kernel.dll error messages might appear while using or installing certain programs (in this case WoWP), when Windows starts or shuts down, or maybe even during a Windows installation.

The context of the kernel.dll error is an important piece of information that will be helpful while solving the problem.

It is possible your Kernel32.dll has been corrupted, download and reinstall it.

Hello again,

I've solved the problem....for other users with problem like mine do this:

Access C:\Users\"computer name"\AppData\Roaming\Wargaming.net\World of Warplanes .....and delete logs and all other files, when you start the game you will be prompt to introduce mail and password again....and it should work......at least at me it works.......Good luck people.....and thank's LekaSRB for the support.
