Ffor the first 5 in the losing team, give...

After a lot of time spent on the Forum, I’ve seen that 90% of rants goes to MM, noobs in your own team, bad players who fail to contribute in crucial moments which results in loss, etc. There’s a simple solution (and please read the whole explanation):
The first 5 players in the losing team should be awarded xp and silver income as per win
My team lost? Well guess what, they are not my team. “My team” is something in Clan Wars, Tournaments, the selected players on Team Speak – and there, winner takes all, losers lose and so on. Here in randoms, we play with 14 random players. Amongst them are bozos, newbies, noobs, someone is drunk, stoned, or just plain stupid. It simply is not fair to be punished for their stupidity or lack of competence.
Just think for a moment: a lot of (if not the whole) frustration will be deflated. People would play happier – just remember all of your great games which ended in a loss due to “your” team, and your anger. First five of the losing team did their job, contributed something. Award them as well. There will be an added element of push to achieve something even in a hopeless situation, just to get into the first five.
No harm would be done. Competent players will earn well (as they should), the atmosphere in the game would be healthier, and a lot of anxiety eliminated. The game would be more fun to play – and isn’t that what we all want?
Thank you.

Even if it's not exactly the same as the winning team, a slight boost would be nice...
Is it just me, or have they seriously nerfed high-end xp rates? Back in the first few months after release, i got my best ever game (something like 2500xp for 7 kills in a attacker, some skill, mostly luck as per normal) And since then i've had equally good, if not better games at similar tiers... and the best i've ever got was 1500-1800xp... Even if the majority of my kills were higher tiers, and i'm sure that my PB match was against mostly t7's and 8's seeing as it was back in the day when only about 50 people had tier 9's... Why / when did the xp nerf come? because i swear i havn't noticed a loss in xp on day-to-day games... only when you do really really well... are they trying to discourage me from getting 7+ kills, thinking that it's unfair and that i should let some other noob try shooting at a 262 for 3 minutes and fail?

Sometime after the game was released, I can't be bothered to search exactly when but I'm guessing patch 1.1, they introduced another variable to the xp formula. Since then killing a plane that is of a higher tier will get you more xp than normal, and killing a lower tier plane will get you less xp. Your PB was done in the time when killing a tier 7 with a tier 9 was equally worth as killing a tier 9, that's why right now if you kill 7 tier 9's with your attacker, you get exactly the same as you would get by killing 7 tier 7's
Anyway, on topic, I support this idea, kinda. Yes top 5 in the losing team should get a boost, but only if they actually deserved it. What if all 15 players in the losing team played horrible, why would the 5 that played least horrible get a boost? Then again, if they played horrible, it's not like that boost will be big, so I guess this wouldn't be a big deal if introduced

I have been saying it for a long time now, that rewards should be more based on your performance in the battle, instead of making the win or lose the biggest factor on how high your rewards are.
This will also render playing AFK useless, since they did nothing in the game, they get no rewards.
My idea was to give everyone rewards on how they performed, and if your team is the winning team you get 10% bonus on those rewards.
