Same here, at support they said that there were so many the first days so we just have to be patient. I feel i have been waiting long enough now!. Wasnt the open alpha to be in may or something?.
Devs if you guys see this post i would like to make a birthday wish, and that is to get the "famous" alpha key on my birthday.

one week admin should just collect names of the whiners (very enthusiastic players who actually really want to play and develop the game), accept them all and enjoy a faster game advancement rate.
