Hi,
First of all I want to say why I put this Thread here in General discussion, because most of us follow posts in General Discussion.

I was reading some wiki about those jet-planes whose used in ww2. And I interested to fly some of those are listed below;

Arado-234 V21 (German)

Arado-234 Blitz (German)

Strahlflugzeug Heinkel He 178 (German)

Heinkel He 280 (German)

Bell XP83 (US)

Lockheed P-80 Shooting Star (US)

Caproni Campini N.1 (Italiy)

Mikoyan-Gurevich MiG-19(USSR)

Yokosuka MXY7 Ohka (Japan)

I really like to fly Mikoyan-Gurevich MiG-19 and P-80 Shooting Star. Would it be possible in future?
Looking forward for the new tech line.:playing:

He 178: Nope (Never intended for any armament)

Ohka: Nope (A manned missile....nah)

MiG-19: Nope (Too advanced)

CC N.1: Nope (Also never armed and a dead end in jet construction tech, even props would be faster)

Everything else is okay.

-Ar 234: the only possible variant is the C, the night fighter one. In any case the armament isn't amazing considering how big the plane is.

-He.178: not going to happen as Primarch said

-He.280: most likely it will be part of the He branch or it could be a premium. Either way i hope it will implemented eventually

-XP83: hopefully it will be implemented with other designs from Bell

-F.80: hopefully it will come eventually, i don't know where though since it has little to nothing in common with the current Lockheed designs currently implemented.

-C.C.2(N.1 is its wrong name): it isn't even a jet, or at least it can't be considered as such. The proper classification is motorjet: instead of a turbine there's a conventional engine(one Isotta Fraschini V12 inline) moving the compressor. It was barely faster than the CR.32 and nobody has ever tried to arm it(thank God).

-MiG 19: the MiG 19, as the F-100 Super Sabre(or Hun), was able to achieve supersonic speeds. It requires a tier higher at least but since tier XI doesn't exist we won't see it.

-Ohka: it would be the best plane for rammers . Trolling aside it was a manned bomb rather than a plane so not going to happen.

Names might be not correct (sorry about that)  but I like the designs for these planes. Moreover I really hope that there would TXI in future and I can be able to fly some super fast jets like MIG

The shooting stars really should be in the game... of course they'd need to have a polished aluminium camouflage to keep them looking sexy :P

It doesn't take skill to fly, it takes skill to not make mistakes.

I will make this quick (from top to bottom): no, no (only has 2 rear firing cannons), no (no arnament), maybe (we have 262, but good idea), yes (but I would prefer production variant), maybe (only 6 MG's as arnament), no (no arnament), no (to advanced), no (well... its obvious).

He 162: Might be added.

Both of Me's: Maybe.

You'd better include the meatbox then, at least it was in WW2 unlike most of the rest!

Well, if it happens that the ground targets will be a bit harder to destroy, Ohka would be the best choice for rammers - team players, who might destroy enemy base :-D

Quite unlikely we would see the Komet and the MiG 17, the first would be too OP due to its rate of climb while the second was supersonic so it's out.

Well Komet could be balanced, extreme rate of climb but half the HP of other jets on that tier ...

The main drawbacks of the Komet, endurance and tendency of the engine to explode upon starting, won't be present. Even with less HP than the rest there won't be a plane able to match it simply because not a single plane currently present has a thrust to weight ratio high enough to match.

Let's make an example: Me 262 vs Me 163. The 262 has a thrust to weight ratio of 0.28, the 163 has a ratio of 0.42, 50% higher. That 50% advantage means that, unless flown by a newbie, the Me 163 wins hands down against the mighty 262. Even if brought at tier IX won't change that much since the HG II would still be short(0.35 when fully upgraded without the rockets).

Why no Japanese planes?  True fighters no kamikaze ones.

I would like to see at least two new GAA branches (american, british or german) and some new Japanese planes. I think it could add something to gameplay.

De Havilland Sea Vixen - best looking plane. Great shape and diffrent tail than other planes.

A Japanese GAA branch would work too, after all there's planes like the Aichi B7A and Jokosuka D4Y, so I'm sure they'd have no problems getting up to Tier VII at least.

And I too would love to see more Japanese fighters, where still missing the Hayate and Shiden which were known Corsair killers.

Not sure about Japanese jet development though, there is a Japanese variant of the Me 163 Komet, but we might not see these planes in game, because their climbrate would be insane.

There are Nakajima Kikka, Mitsubishi J8M, Nakajima Ki-201 and Mizuno Shinryū. Some of them looks similar to German planes, but they are fairly diffrent as there are 25-50% size diffrences plus other details. The Japanese were ment to be given the plans for the German jets, but that failed so they made them as similar as they could just by looks. So it's more of a case that they knew that if they made the plane look somewhat like this, then it will fly.
