Why?

When I first played the game, I found it weird that we happen to spawn already in the sky at the start of the battle.

I was expecting that we'l be taking of from airports.

even though it's missing some reality, I think that the game is awesome.

What?

My idea is that when the battle starts, we spawn on airports parked.

There's a flight controller's voice that is telling us on what runway and when are we going to take off and when, to make it more realistic. the first airplanes that are flying have to circle around the airport until every player takes off. after that, everything is in the hands of players (where they can fly, what target to pick etc.)

When the battle is over:

The wining team: is ordered to land on the enemy team's airport/carrier and occupy it (ending the battle)

or get the order to go back on the friendly airport (ending the battle too)

The losing team: the battle is over for them after the last plane is destroyed

Note: This is a very complicated thing, so it would be better if it was a separate game mode (I dont know, maybe we should call it, Airport mode (WARNING: complicated))

NoteNote:  Some people don't know English or  don't understand how it works, or it's just too complicated for them, so I would like the unrealistic game mode that is now on to stay.

NoteNoteNote: the new game mode will require new controlls, which will be a challenge, especially for gamepads, I assume

NoteNoteNoteNote: hope this is the last note.

it is!

So, that's it! Do you like the suggestion or not?

You mentioned the main problem with your idea already yourself: Takeoff/landing needs to make sense mechanicwise. It wouldn't in the current mode and by the looks of it (haven't played it myself so far) it won't in the upcoming 2.0 game mode.

Like cockpitview immersion would benfit from it i guess, but i am not seeing this happen in some nearer future.

Most noobs can't attack GT without crashing nearby, so idea to make them take of and land seems ridiculous.

And would mean also a waste of playtime.

We can't teach newbies not to faceplant into the first ground target on bombing and you'd want them to also take off and land?

Devs can't even sort out the current controls properly and you want them to introduce new ones?

F2P games need to shed boring content as much as possible in order to attract people and you want to introduce the most pointless task among those of airfighting?

You should be a comedian.

Any idiot can fly, i have proven it myself in RL.

The start was doable with a bit of help (knowledge and advice given in the situation)

but landing exceeded my unskilled abilities beyond measure.

In game 50 per cent of the pilots would just give up after the 10th attempt of taking off

in 1 aircraft.

The knowledge needed for let´s say take off with 40 different aricraft ONLY

and thus 40 different behaviours would exceed most of the pilot´s abilities.

And i have 170 aircraft in hanger, i reckon it would take about 1,5 years

to learn the different take-off requirements of all of them

Game is fine as it is: easy token farm. No need to change it.

Good idea.

I used to fly AirWarrior and AcesHigh and in both you had to take-off and land to complete a mission. Yes, you have to learn a bit harder, but for me it added to the gameplay.
