I am using the IV KOCHYERIGIN SH (LBSH) as my low Tier moneymaker.
Like AlmaxGeddon already said, the Bristol Blenheim Mk.IV (early mod.) is also a good moneymaker if you know how to play it.

It was a WG birthday plane given during open beta.
Other open beta unique plane was to be F2A-1, but it's not so unique anymore, so maybe WG will decide also to sell DM-2 some day.

At tier 7:
- Meteor - decent all-rounder, not the best or worst at anything, reliable guns.
- Focke Wulf 190A8 - bit more tricky - it's quite slower than other planes at that tier, more of a support plane, guns murder when you get the hang of it.
At tier 6:
- Soviet P-39 Airacobra - good if you like 2xMG's and 1x heavy cannon combination, good dogfighter
Those are the ones I tested after 2.0 and they feel like pretty good starting premiums.
DfA cannon fodder
I think that Seafang is the best what money can buy in 2.0. Superb plane.
Up to tier 7 - ill probably take Spitfire V DB 605, LBSH, BSH and Il-2 mod.

I like the look of the Boomerang but I'm holding out for the Hurricane IID to go on sale. I'm not basing that on stats, it's purely down to personal preference.
I've only recently started playing so restricted my premiums to tier 5 on the basis that I haven't gone any further than that with regular aircraft. My quick views on those, bearing in mind that a large part of my decision making is based on the model kits I enjoyed making when I was a kid ...
Bf 110 C-6 (German tier 4)
Fun to play though the cannon's slow rate of fire (45rpm) takes a bit of getting used to. Can melt light aircraft if you get behind them and 30s of boost makes it easier to get away when they want to start a turn fight. Wouldn't recommend unless you particularly want a heavy fighter, the big cannon can also be used for ground attacks.
P-40 M-105 (Soviet tier 5)
Good all-rounder, the rockets don't affect any of the stats so it's worth taking them for a few extra ground attack points or a Rocketeer badge if you get lucky. 6 x 12.7mm guns so consistent damage with fewer over-heating worries.
XF4U-1 (USA tier 5)
Another strong all-rounder, good hp pool for its tier and fast, though the engine and fuel appear to take up most of the internal space as it lights up quite easily. Only 2 x 12.7mm and 2 x 7.7mm guns but somehow feels as though it does more damage than the P-40. Looks stunning in the US bare metal with yellow wings paint scheme.
Both the tier 5 aircraft have returned 100k credit profit on lost battles with a premium account though it's more usual for me to earn 40-50k credits with a mid-table finish. They don't set the world on fire but they're consistent earners at tiers I'm comfortable playing for now.

Better go for Zero A6M3 30mm if and/or when on sale.

I really love Hurricanes... but this one was so bad in 1.9 that I don't have stomach to try it in 2.0...
That's disappointing given there were far more Hurricanes than Spitfires in the BoB. I know everyone wants the Spit (so do I) but there's something solid about a Hurricane which deserves respect.
I'm still surprised it's not in the regular British tree.

It's not bad anymore. A bit slow, but brutal cannons
