Work on all of this has fallen a bit short since i can't properly update most of this to the Wiki in the way that i'd like. 
Anyway; service awards that don't provide tokens (the ones i comment on with "merely to indicate youre doing well)  generally have "equal" requirements, although not all may be achieved in all aircraft. for instance a fighter can't get maximum efficiency in sector capture, since it does not have that particular mission.
