I can explain that by saying, despite my number of battles, I am a relatively new (first battle; 24th November 2017) player of the game. Nonetheless, I have learned my lesson.
Welcome to the club.
@royalflyingcorps. I understand u r dissappointed about the russian female. But now her skills are like in 1.9. Ok for me. Because it is an advantage. Soft targets will Burn for their own while u go for next target. Setting whole target on fire was op. I used it Too and got exorbitant results .
But without any explanations its frustrating. And No one ever knows whats a Bug or a change. F. E. I can Not get Token for all epic medals. Some are now without Token and I cannot tell why. There is such a lack of explanation.
So, go on eek ;-)

Eek was on the wrong end of a fairly lengthy, though polite, expression of my annoyance during a stream yesterday. Nevertheless, it is my view that he is making considerable efforts to improve communication between WoWP and the players and I hope he succeeds. Bluntly, WoWP has to start treating its players with respect or people like me who have supported and planned to continue supporting the game will instead walk away
Eek regards the affair of the pilot as an unfortunate combination of circumstances coupled with a lack of communication. It is that and this needs to be fixed, though I feel he underestimates what kind of damage this kind of incompetence does to the reputation of WoWP. It should be clear that I regard the WoWP team rather poorly now. I didn't before.
The level of the Russian pilot's skills is something that can be debated. I know some people thought she was overpowered - I didn't - and some people think she's still useful at lower tiers as she is now - I don't. However, that's not the issue for me. The issue is WoWP encouraging people to spend hours upon hours to get this pilot in an event knowing that most would have expected her to be the powerful pilot she was and then, less than two weeks afterwards, from the point of view of newer players like me, nerfing her badly without announcing this, compounding that with one developer saying it wasn't in the plans to do so but, as we know now, another developer fully intending it all along. It's the 50 hours of a weekend I wasted that makes me angry.
Eek said last night that he doesn't think anybody in the WoWP team even recognises an apology for wasting everybody's time is needed. I'm afraid that only increases my anger because it tells me that senior figures at WoWP are completely clueless concerning or, worse, arrogantly uninterested in their players. That's a recipe for failure. Annoying me so much that I'm considering never playing the game again is one small indication that WoWP is on the path to extinction.

Agreed, though I have the unnerving feeling he is a very small rudder attempting to change the direction of a super tanker. His colleagues seem blithely unaware of how angry their behaviour makes players sometimes.
Makes sense, because only blithely unaware persons (whatever that is) would still remain on board of said super tanker which is taking on water (speed of that water lekage is subject to debate) with such self-content grin. People with more situation awareness would vacate the premises long time ago, or, if they grew some attachment to said super tanker, would paddle with whatever they got to change it's direction.
Only fatalists or less-than-average-shrewd people could now continue to "manage" WoWP.

Are you talking about 1.9?....oh no....of course not.

Me 265: CAN NOT SELL this plane!!! No way! Why?!?!?!? 100% BUG....
Why bots are so sneaky? If there are no people, never point on the map. Sneak will give you!
My feedback:
WG, after 2.05 WoWp is not really playable for me for technical reasons.
Before the patch I had 30-35 fps on medium level settings, now I have 10-12 fps on all low settings. Will this be fixed in the future please? I didn't see any official comment regarding huge FPS drop? I also saw many others have the same problem even with state of the art PCs ...
So I don't know should I still torture myself or just give up ...

I said I wouldn't be commenting on patch 2.0.5 any further, having progressed from thinking it was flawed but interesting to considering it bad for the game. However, that was before I recognised the horrendous potential that specialisation of aircraft has. Nothing illustrated this more clearly to me than dropping behind a tier 8 specialised Corsair, laden with "nuclear" bomb, in my unladen Seafang at optimum altitude and thinking "easy kill", only to be be comprehensively out-turned and shot down by it. I don't know why somebody would enhance the turn-fighting capabilities of a Corsair, but it should not be possible to so change an aircraft that it can perform as if it were another plane entirely. People moan about RNG in the game; engaging a specialised aircraft is now the biggest RNG gamble of them all.
So, my opinion has moved on; this patch is potentially game-breaking. For me, enough is enough; all the hours and all the money I've spent on the game have gone to waste. This patch, the utter nonsense regarding the Russian female pilot and the continuing refusal to communicate changes to the game properly - the still unexplained, so far as I know, nerf to income being only the most recent example - have, as near as makes no difference, made me an ex-player.
Good job, WoWP.
