That depends on how you use them ... I actually really like the Hs-129 B (but dumped the Ju87 and 88P) and eve the 129 A on tier IV.

They're great at taking out AA guns to support your team's bombers and other GA.

I'll admit I totally forgot about the Hs-129 B. I was thinking of the Ju 87 and 88. I actually still play them, because it's kind of relaxing to go around with that long-range gun, but they're not very good. I DO also like the Tier IV premium Hs-129A --  but that actually gets four bombs so that's different anyway.

Replying to Renwor about the Me-329, after LOTS of play time with that plane (it's my most played plane with fully-upgraded equipment and 10 skill point crew), I find it prints GA achievements (Lang, Efimov, Thunder, all of them) like there's no tomorrow. But maybe it's hard to judge GA's, because I really think they're generally a little bit OP, so you can reliably get very good scores even in a mediocre GA.

I get pretty decent results in the IL-10M since I specialized it and it's equipped so it's works pretty well as a slow HF at low altitude while waiting for ordinance to reload. I will tune it even more to manouverability. It's almost 50 now and I think it could reach maybe 52-53 fully upgraded.

So no one has something against the I-211? I hated the guts out of it and sell it immediately after I grind it to finish.

Poor maneuverability, poor speed/acceleration, easy to chew on it by any other planes and easily heating guns...

For me this one tops them all.

Yeah, I did forget about it.

No way to use those 20 mm, I switched back to the HMGs.

I had the same feeling. Tried spec for speed - did not help really. Then I used it almost solely as GAs killer caping bases that way. Then I looked at plane stats and I thought wg made a mistake somewhere...or perhaps I was playing in flight those 45 battles after initial frustration...or perhaps I changed planes after initial couple of minutes? I don´t remember anymore. Then the stats were impressive though.

For me the only redeeming feature of I-210 is that it leads to I-220.

And I-220 is one of the unfortunate planes like F2H, P.228 of HG II that we skip 'cause after Tier 7 we musta musta reach Tier 10. Which is a shame. Each of these planes can be a nice end of the line, will provide immense pleasure and good/interesting gameplay.

#MeToo :hiding:    , it's secret gem.

Fun fact is that my worsest planes are being sold in frustration and hopefully fast forgotten. Not sure what is worst of those I still have ... probably chinese Mosquito which I keep because it's prem.  Other than that : P-47B (no idea why I still keep it in hangar, probably because it's iconic and I hope it gets buffed in the future somehow (but myself I am not sure how to help it))  Others are not so bad, only I suck at playing them (occasionaly I don't, and thats when I realize it's not the planes which are wrong, I just use them wrongly) .

...come to think of it, is there any one here who sold his I-220? (or, God forbid, not liking it?)

It's one of the hidden gems of the game - in that reminds me much of I-17 - of spectacullary good planes, but overlooked and not much talked about. But every time I sit in one of these it's like "oh man, I should play this much much more".

I actually did sell it when grinding that line ... but recently re-purchased it because of the memories  ;-)

I used the weekend event to specialise the He 100 D-1 that has been sitting in my hanger for ages (I think I got it in a bundle with the 40mm Hurricane)

Urgh! Fast and manoeuvrable but those guns...it takes forever to kill anything! (and very fragile/flammable too)

(But probably great for those missions where you need kill assists - you can do 10hp damage the entire enemy team!)

I haven't sold it yet, however I don't feel safe at all in that plane and always think how bad I'm doing in it. The battle results however speak a different language however. But then, when you play on tier VII you're (or let's say I am) low tier almost all the time, and the only reason why I still keep the I-220 is the I-250 waiting for me :sceptic:

I-250 is a complete different aircraft. Something you need to go through to get to Mig9 and Mig15bis which are beasts. I did not enjoy I-250 and prefer I-220 over it.

I-220 - reliable 4x20mm cannons while I-250 gets a mix of 1x37mm +2x23mm and still lacks of speed as far as I remember.

Flying I-220 is a pure joy while I-250 can frustrate you a lot.

Hey theres the He 100 D-1 trigger again? hahahaha :D

This Bird is fantastic once you get used to it.

High altitude, excellent speed, and the cannons are not that strong but cause lots of crits

There is an art to flying, or rather a knack. The knack lies in learning how to throw yourself at the ground and miss. ... Clearly, it is this second part, the missing, that presents the difficulties (Douglas Adams - Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy)

Cannons ? What cannons? Ah, now I get it, you got delivered HE100-V7  prototype equipped with 2xMG-FF and four MG's. Well, for your info thats only your piece, the rest of us got them with just three MG's. They don't overheat though.
