People who play this game know this. Others, who don't even have it installed for more than a year can't know how the game works.

You can influence not only a little bit by getting close and aim properly.

Silver consumables everybody can use. Gold consumables are not worth it. Skills everybody can use that puts some effort into the game.

The only significant random factor I see in this game are the humans. Even bots do not behave random.

Of course there are ... some people use gold ammo that increases the chance of causing fire or crit hits.

And there is equipment like gunsights and gas-operated action (higher ROF) for guns and cannons. Skills like marksman I and II.
