Last Friday, as usual, I logged into the game, went into the Aniversary hangar and found NOTHING. My account is totaly wipe out, zero, null. Every battle of 1998 has been removed, all planes, pilots, equipment and achievements. Now it looks like I've never fought a battle in the game. It's a great gift for an anniversary with WG, Thanks a lot, I'm extremly happy.

Meaby it's a new update called "Wipe Out" ??? or 2.0 will be closed soon ??

 

It's a shame that WG is not able to keep proper record of the user account, especially in a such game where the developement of player is important.

 

And now ... is time for sealclubbing :)))

 

 

PS

I have to played 10 games to be able to write on the forum, next stupidity :)

Ticket and answer was in Polish but translation in short below.

 

"We sent your problem to our specialists, be patient."

Do you have the ticket ID? I am unable to check anything here, but at the least I may be able to check with something tomorrow.

I know how amazingly frustrating this is, I've had reports of accounts having issues, but the last one was a person forgetting they had sold all their aircraft previously. But with a ticket ID when I'm in the office hopefully I can escalate the situation to be resolved quickly.

Sorry man but i don't have a dementia and i didn't sold anything. Except that i lost everything, how can i sold my fought battles ?!

Many thanks Eekeebo for your proactive attitude, I hope that Anghiari would get a reasonable answer soon. I think the entire comunity is overlooking this kind of events.

The only news from support and Eekee, wait patiently. (both tickets closed)

The forum rules state you can't discuss the status of support tickets and other information. And off-topic. 

 

The issue has been put as a resolution ASAP, compensation will also take place, but things like this take time to resolve to not only find and fix the cause but to make sure it doesn't happen again. There is a fix already being put in place to prevent future occurrences, but to ensure things like this are resolved properly it takes more time than some would like. 

 

People who report the issue will be notified when it's fixed by customer support, which has been shared by customer support to each individual.

I understand your frustration, but this is a complex issue for support to solve.

 

I've once helped a friend in WoT and he did eventually get his acc back, so I'm keeping my fingers crossed for you man
