I think its unacceptable for the historic stuka , not to carry bombs.

This stuka is the historical version, this one was designed to attack ground targets like tanks. There is the possibility in the future for the aircraft to have a specialisation loadout featuring ordnance. This particular aircraft was introduced to the game when bombs and rockets did not reload. So equipping it with a singular bomb made little to no sense when the cannons were more than sufficient.
