Everytime they throw untested crapat us and expect us to pay. This time its maybe a bit less bugs but a big problem with balance. They also invented a new currency to maximise income and devalue our stocks.

Got a response to my ticket... requires me to provide them SS of the completion of phase 1. Who the F would have thought to take SS of the phase progression screen before ending... we just ended a 1 month long event that had this problem, i assumed it got fixed. Also to install and provide them a .log of the game, THE GAME works fine, your system not registering sh1t is the problem. As others said, the support team acts more to discourage making tickets... there's always a new loop to jump through.

Yup, they still demand a screenshot of the bug after-the-fact, which is both incredibly stupid (because it requires you to expect a bug to happen before it happens) and an insult to customers. They did it every previous incarnation of this bug and they still do it, without regrets. :trollface:

 

And yet, I'm sure eekeeboo will still claim that this is completely normal and logical and that every developer/producer does it this way and that we should quit complaining, because nothing's wrong. :trollface:

 

No wonder that putting this game on Steam brought a whopping ~50 concurrent players to the EU server. Which is about 50 too many. :trollface:

What the support want:

  • A screenshot that shows that i fullfill the requirement for the missions
    • Sadly it was reseted, so i can't do it anymore
  • A screenshot that shows, that the boxes are missing
    • How can i do that? Make a screenshot of something that is missing?

 

How they support try to help me:

  • Tell me how i can make a screenshot
    • Yeah, i take that as an insult
  • Send me a copy'n'paste answer
    • Surprise
  • Ignore everything i wrote in my ticket
    • Surprise

 

What do i have get?

  • high blod pressure
  • insults
  • no help
  • no boxes

 

Sorry eekeeboo, support is not working.

Well, that's 3 crates down the drain ... of course I have no screenshots ! Why would I make screenshots ?

Can't they look in their logs who did not get what he should have gotten ??

WTF?! Hey eekeeboo i want you to say your opinion about this act of WG! You know what i think? WG STOLE those crates from us! FGS we earned 'em with hard work, spent freakin long hours to complete those missions, so give us at least some freakn compensation!

Don't be ridiculous, it's obviously a bug, there is just no way they would do that on purpose.

 

But what is not a bug is them asking us for proof when they messed up even though there was no way we could have taken screenshots 'just in case', nobody does that.

That's just bullshit.

First of all they should know that there is a problem, so no need to provide a screenshot of something that we didn't get.

Second in the last event they had the same problem and solved it without screenshots.

If this is correct then I can create a screenshot that shows 10crates and 500gold and we all ask for this? Would this work?

3 Crates still missing and in every event i have to deal a few times with the support.... WTF... EEKEEBOO they shall prove the data, not us...

Should the ticket be about 'in-game goods' ? An then ?

I've got a screenshot of opening the first of 3 crates where you can see that there are 2 more crates un-opened ... so I will file a ticket just to be sure .

I think it might be that, the support not knowing what to respond because they don't know jack, they just ask random stuff to pass time.

I do understand that you do not work 24/7, but if they want to run weekend events they should have people standing by to take care or at least look into this kind of problems.

OK, now i got ONE CRATE - for what? For this event which ended today, it must be also THREE if doubled. WHAT IS GOING ON?
