Double supplies missing?

I gave up using support because they always treat you like garbage, like youre some sort of idiot that have no clue, even if you write every possible detail in the ticket, its like they dont even read it. And almost all the times, the response contain the two infamous words : cache and screenshot. I really cant understand why WG keep working with this fail studio. Its just a dark spot on their CV.

I got two boxes right now.

So, i got the next ticket out. Just received 1 of 3 Double Crates. Ibet i will get an useless answer from the support...

OK, so extra crates for part 2 of weekend stage seem to work OK.

I earned one crate yesterday and now there's one extra ... waiting for the crates from part 1.

if you want actual help/support, don´t even bother contacting "support"

the only point contacting support is to write them a nice loveletter once in a while so the higher ups at least know how horrible the game is managed

In the 1.9 patch, the boxes were added right after the event was over, if the team from 2.0 did not cope with it? 

 

My boxes were also not added ... :(

I got 1 box instead of 5 that there should be.

Can something ever be done correctly in this mess you are calling a game ?

Got 3 crates during phase 2... logged in today, there was 1 added to the account. I think it was the same after the phase 1, there was a message "Your supply crate was added per purchase" .. or something like that.

Yeah, it is fuked up again...i wrote a ticket, they own me 5 Boxes now, 6 Doubles of which ONE i got

They litteraly told you that they are currently investigating the issue, not that they resolved it already, so it's not that surprising that you don't have them. 

That being said, some of us received some, so maybe it's juste those of yesterday, i don't know.

Hello kaloianxxl,

Thank you for coming back to us.

As my colleague said, your client is modded. The game can work just fine, but the modifications will alter the game in a ways it is impossible to work properly. This means that your mods could cause the issues with missions.

If you want to keep using modified client, we can't help you in any way because we don't support modified games. Only if your game is mods free we can help and escalate the issue.

So please delete the mods, play the game without them and if the issue persists, send us same data again, together with a proof of failed missions.

Is there a problem, the modes are guilty and if there is no mods again they are guilty.

Turned on the game this morning and this greeted me.

 

 

And no, I have not purchased anything nor completed any missions, nothing. I was off at work the whole day.

Maybe they give us a crate free every day now....:trollface:, or alternate i would like to have a 50mm Canon on my Tier IV BF 109

There is a plan for an automated compensation of missing crates. But still, the most guaranteed way to make sure you don't lose out is the support ticket function to make sure you're not missed from the list. Please bare with us as stuff is addressed. I will update when I know a fix is being rolled out, until then it will be the same answer I'm sorry to say.
