I logged in and had 3 crates now, THREE OF FIVE! Are we expected to do another ticket or will there be more? AND YES, i wrote 2 tickets before whats left. ONE Ticket from first round and ONE from Second.

Had a quick look this morning and had 2 extra crates, not the 3 I reported missing. Updated the ticket with this info.

 

I don't think I'm gonna play the event this weekend. Not worth the time ...

Now I got two too, but without any notification. They've just showed up.

 

The two from my previous post still bug me with that "congratulations, purchased items..." whereas I purchased nothing.

The reason you haven't had an update that crates have been awarded, is because there is still no update. The process is still in progress. I do mean quite literally, as soon as I know more, I will update. I still haven't had any more information about this and I know they're working on it, but still nothing is final. Until the process has taken place, ticket is still the best chance of making sure you don't miss anything.

Personally, I think the mistake WG made on this is that they award the crates as soon as they are earned.

 

Really, the crates should have been banked after they were earned and then when the event phase ended there could have simply been a logic gate where if the global mission objective was complete = double crates and then award the total.

 

I suspect that awarding the crates and then keeping track of who got how many crates is what broke. The system couldn't track the crate flags dynamically.
