EU server - Flamin Shores Event

 

1: From stage one I earned 3 crates, the joint mission was completed, but I recieved 0 bonus crates from that mission.

 

2: From stage two I earned 1 crates, the joint mission was completed, but I recieved 0 bonus crates from that mission.

 

So all in all I'm missing 4 crates from the two events, so fare.

 

I don't have any screen shots since you reset the Stage and I don't think theres any way I can go back and check.
What to do?

We're working on it, I'll update more when I know. Right now I strongly advise you submit a ticket, hopefully the automated system will not miss you, but to ensure it does not, a support ticket is the more reliable way to make sure you don't lose out.
