What happens to certificates at the end of the event if they were not used ?
I think Eeekeeboo wrote somewhere that they will be transferred into gold but I don't find it anymore. is this true and at which rate ?

You can't see how many certificates you have, so when you not receive gold compensation support ask you:

No answer at all from WG all this time. Too busy with Halloween.
I would really like to know how many certificates I've got left before it turns out there's another bug like with other rewards and crates.
The only 'answer' I ever saw was ; check your Operation Orders ... the question "what if I don't have ops orders anymore" was never answered, as far as I know ??
But I'd love to be corrected on that.

I opened a ticket and got the answer for my account.
They also answered that the only way to see this is via an open order (as Eeekeeboo also said)
So without a remaining open order you can only open a ticket.
But I'm not sure if it's a good idea to flood the ticket system with such requests,

No problem ; the system can handle that. You'll just get a canned response asking for screenshots ... and the advice to 'start with clear cache'.
