Greetings pilots. 

 

A quick update, I have been informed that players should have received the missing community goal crates for the first phase of the Stage 1 Fire shores event. This was done at the server restart this morning. 

 

The second phase compensation is still in progress and I will update here, when I have more information to update. 

 

If you have any further issues or you feel you are missing crates from the first phase, please don't hesitate to update your support ticket. Alternatively if your ticket did not include your second phase double crates, please submit another support ticket for these. 

 

We appreciate your patience as we continue to address this issue and roll out a solution.

There were 2 more crates this morning in my inventory.

I had 2 (still unopened) and now there were 4 ... still 1 short.

EDIT: according to blindfold on NA forum that's because only rewards for personal aircraft missions are doubled, not the 3000 points mission. 

 

Second phase went OK for me it seems ; only won 1 crate and there was an extra one on Monday (those are the 2 crates I mentioned above).

Monday or tuesday I got my 5 crates from the second phase but I still didn't get the two from the first phase.

I will reopen my ticket.
