Sorry if im breaking the rulse i dont know good English.  i started playing this game and unlocked som planes and now maybe 5 months or less all my planes are gone.

 

i think the problem is that i played on the wrong region i played on na but im eu and now im on eu and cannot change back to play on na.

 

if thats the case is there any chanse i can change so im eu and have all my planes?

I dont believe an account transfer between the regions is possible if thats what you mean. 

 

Perhaps eekeeboo can help you with this.

Account transfer is not an option. To play on NA just change this option:

Did you create separate accounts for NA and EU ??

In that case you can switch between the 2 servers, just like eekeeboo showed ...

You will be able to play on EU and grind your way back up to NA for the planes. The reason being, of course, the different server locations and player list database etc. Unless you have a completely different account name here to NA, I imagine it will be not time at all before you get the same planes back.

The first time you log into the game it can take a while while it loads everything, you should also ensure that you launch your game with a cleared cache. 

I dont know what the word cache means but ok i wait long time

watch the gamecenter, before you hit the "launch" button - note there is a little arrow on the right of that button.

Clicking there opens a menu, where you can choose to launch the game and clear cache.

 

Cache is a Folder that contains Data from the game - it seems there are some Problems with that Folder wich leads to cause trouble in game. So its good to clear Cache from time to time, specially if you run the game on different server locations.

Unfortunately, at the moment the number of players using the Hungarian language is very small. While support for each localization is the time and resources of developers. We decided to temporarily disable support for the Hungarian language in the game client. In case we see an increase in the number of players from that region, we will return this possibility. Note that the changes will affect only additional client localizations, the WGC, the Customer Service Center and the Premium Shop will continue to provide services in the available languages.

That's a real shame.  I understand the point blindfold is making, but even as a monoglot English speaker I feel sorry for players whose clients were formerly in their native language and now are not.
