Is this new ??

Battle runs fine, no fps problems, no lag. After battle waiting for hangar loading, black screen. Loading, loading, loading ... connection lost. Try again ? Click OK, have to enter password for 75th time this week ... exit game. No fun.

Please use pingplotter to gather the appropriate data and if you see something along the way, please submit a bug report ticket.

Sorry, I won't bother.

As I said, connection while flying is fine ; this only happens when starting and ending a battle ... will pingplotter tell me why Game Center forgets my password or fails to retrieve my player details?? :amazed:

You can run the pingplotter for the connection. I am sorry to inform you that any documentation you read that a connection stability measuring tool will help with log-in related issues. This is false information. If you need help with distinguishing what tools to use and how to submit a bug report, please do so by contacting support who will be better able to ask you for the relevant information. Though I cannot guarantee with 100% certainty they won't ask for ping plotter for your password, I am somewhat sure of it.
