Nope, sometimes the chat get bugged and your friend list disappears. I suffer this 3-4 days in a week.

No, friend list was there.

But when I right-click a friend to chat, I get this 'disabled' message ...

Most likely a bug with the chat system or one of those wonderful cache bugs. If you're banned it'll tell you why the chat is disabled.

From time to time chat is not working. This happens pretty often and makes the chat ban system even more ridicules.

If there's a message, that service is temporally unavailable it is indeed the issue with chat services. I will try to get some information about it, thank you for your report.

This is so wrong! THEY should tell you if they are willing to disable something so you can warn us.

That in fact implies, it is an intentional disabling of the chat, wich i personally stronlgy doubt.

There is an art to flying, or rather a knack. The knack lies in learning how to throw yourself at the ground and miss. ... Clearly, it is this second part, the missing, that presents the difficulties (Douglas Adams - Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy)

I guess he ment that WG should inform us that currently the chat is not working and not that we have to inform them. Don't they see this themselves ?
