we have seen that after the update (2.10), the language of the game has been completely in English instead of in Spanish as it was before, I imagine it will happen to all Spanish speakers, I hope someone will tell us something about it, because if people started to drop out quickly, this is shameful.

WOWP has always provided the highest quality level of service for players. Including the possibility of using different languages in the game client. Unfortunately, at the moment the number of players using these languages is very small. While support for each localization is the time and resources of developers. We decided to temporarily disable support for these languages in the game client. In case we see an increase in the number of players who use this language, we will return this possibility. In addition, we leave 5 (five) of the most popular languages on the European server.
Note that the changes will affect only additional client localizations, the WGC, the Customer Service Center and the Premium Shop will continue to provide services in the available languages.

If the problem is that few players play, without services more players will abandoned the game.A file wth the language is not a big job,you still have.It would be enough to use the same file in the update.No need support for languages.......;)

It's not a big job, but it makes the people crazy. Your own language is removed... you feel frustrated. And the worst is this happens again with no announcement.

Don't like this !!! The excuse the servers are too bad, I spent many money at this play and, think that go out, if doesn't come back the spanish languaje, Too bad for the organitation !!!!

I agree with what they have commented previously, for the mistake of not putting the Spanish or Italian language, because most of them will cancel the subscription of the game or leave it until they are implemented. I hope they put these two languages back at least and I hope it will be soon.. I will not do it until you return them.

Erm, yes it is. If you're referring to leaving the EU yes we're doing that but we are still as much a part of Europe as non-EU countries like Belarus, Switzerland and Norway.

 

 

Very poor form by WG to drop several languages with no prior warning though.

Everything that flies in WoP, will know that a Spaniard knocked it down when he sees my Flag, on the plane.

The moderators of WG do not play their games with exceptions almost none of them play their games.

The war, is in social networks, and bad press that we are going to do everywhere, in everything we can say as they treat their clients BAD.

OK, then it's not a total war on WG but playing normally. And for players to see your Spanish flag you have to buy one from WG store...
