Tokens for Epic Medal not working?

This bug again happened to me today. It is clear that you haven't fixed it. 

 

The first time it appear to me was in time for special events. When some new missions, similar to red comet event, were added on Thursdays I had that issue. It toke me some time to figure that it was medals not reseting and forever to explain to customer support and developers that there is a bug. Now it seems more random as it is Wednesday. 

 

I kinda suspect when somebody was adding new missions to daily reset that was also making errors in server reset that are causing this bug. 

 

Often on profile it says that tokens are received for medals I haven't got that day, but I stile get tokens for them upon first receiving of the medal.

I've never had this bug.  Be aware it appears to be limited to a proportion of players.

Same here, I don't think I ever experienced this bug.

If you don't get same medal at least 2 days in a row, or if you don't pay enough attention on token count, you might not noticing it.

I record the medals and tokens for each game, so I would notice.

Same bug for me (2 times in 1 weeks) and the answer is: We don't see if you have won the epic medal on screenshoot.

They don't know the interface but it is almost impossible to prove this bug via screen shots. So don't hope that you will be compensated for lost tokens. Just report the bug and carry one with the game.

https://screenshots....dofwarplanes.eu they say that Doolittle and Lang is not EPIC achievements and in the screenshoots they don't see EPIC achievements.They are only thieves that joking players that pay.

They link a page for epic achievements (http://wiki.wargamin...ievements_(WoWP) ) and that is for 1.5.1 version...... no words,only unables.http://wiki.wargamin...ievements_(WoWP)

I can see that you won the medals, but I can't see did you or did you not got tokens for them. You took screen shoot to early, before it loaded in. 

 

But even if that was visible, it is hard to prove that you haven't already won those medals on the same day. They kind expect to you make screen shot of your profile (I guess before every battle)-but the problem is that profile is bugged as well. 

 

Even if you managed to prove it, customer support isn't authorized to give you tokens. 

 

And this are their responses that are making sense. Half of time I am felling like they are treating me like an idiot, and that they have no clue about the game. 

 

And it is quite possible that some genius from customer support pulled up the medals from before 2.0. Have those cases as well. 

 

World of warplanes doesn't have customer support. Not really. Your ticket are send mostly to World of Tanks customer support, or in some cases World of Warship customer support. Have you notice that are they referring you as commander or captain? Commander is tank commander, and captain is the captain of warship. We are pilots!

And you should be happy that now they are somewhere aware that there is a bug. I had to break sound barrier in a biplane to explain to them that there is a bug in the first place!

This issue is considered to happen to a limited number of players and is not of a mass character that is why each case needs individual approach. Unfortunately, that is why this problem is not that easy to discover, investigate and solve. We are looking into this issue but its limited character complicates processing of it making it harder to identify patterns that cause it. Additional complicity while dealing with Customer Support may be that you need to provide detailed information on the issue. For example, screens linked above show only the fact of receiving achievements but not the fact that it is your first achievement of the day or you haven't received your Tokens. 

 

I wholeheartedly understand your frustration caused by this inconvenience and apologize from my side. . It is us who should care of your issue but this particular case requires reporting and providing additional information as there's no common pattern that causes this problem for you. 

 

If you are facing issue while contacting Customer Support you always can send me your ticket number for me to take a look at it and assist if possible.

It happened to me again today. I am so use to it, that I don't even get frustrate.  

 

I packed the log files for May 14th to May 17 (and bug happened on May 15th and 17th) and send it to customer support on this ticket: ID 118366620 . 

 

Check if veteran players are only affected (those before 2.0, or those from Beta...) and check your functions for adding new missions and content during daily resets.

Bug strike me again and i didn't got tokens for medals that I earned on Saturday. Yes, two days ago, because I haven't actually played yesterday, except one battle in 2 in the morning to collect crate. Ticked

Did you do a clean install of Windows 10, assuming it's not a new PC, or did you take the upgrade path?

 

I ask because if you chose the latter approach, it may be worth running the standalone 'WGCheck' tool to see if your cache is corrupted.  If you did a clean install of the game on a fresh copy of Windows 10, it wouldn't be.

I completely format hard drive and installed clean windows 10. I had problems in windows 7, and problems carried on in windows 10; so the problem isn't in windows.

And that is logical, because the problem is on the server side, and not on client (mine) side. 

Probably several scripts are running simultaneously during daily reset, and there is coalition between them; so the script that should reset medals didn't properly run. First time I had problem was during the special events, on Thursdays, when event were starting. Most of other times it was happening on Sundays, when crates were given away. So most of the cases, there is something new added on, like new mission, or new event, when I experience problems.
