Two things:

1. Remove period I from daily missions. Veteran players hate playing t4 all the time, and new players hate when veterans are chasing them in low tiers. People are thinking that there are seal clubbers, when in fact people are just trying to finish daily missions.

2. Remove winning condition from daily missions. Those are creating toxic conditions. Good players hate losing battles (and have no progress in dailies) because of bad players and they are lashing out. You can recalibrate missions for having no winning conditions.

And daily missions shouldn't get some developers love. They are very important, as they are only end game.

I'd stop lashing out if I could hide stats - everyone else's stats from me, my stats from myself and everyone else. I'm way too focused on those.

If both happen, many people will be very happy. It can work if the 3 missions are separated by tiers: 1-4; 5-7; 8-10. This way the difficulty should be equal and the reward - increasing with levels, so grinding low tiers may not worth for experienced players. Mission swap is the only feature, what is fine and should stay.

I was mentioning scaling daily missions for quite some time. As an example - mission for, say, 20k xp; it's exactly the same across the board, in all brackets, yet for t1-4 it takes roughly 20 won battles (since it usually averages around 1k xp per victory), on t8-10 it's sometimes as low as 5 good battles. Add to that time spent in each bracket, with battles taking on average about 8 minutes (including time in hangar, swapping planes, queue time, toilet time and physical excercise not to get petrified on your chair). Anyone doing dailies is forced to spend most of the game time on t4, which is not the most enjoyable experience. Missions that require e.g. XX amount of points in defence are much better, since they - again, roughly - take the same time investment regardless of tier, since those points are equal across the board, same on t1 as on t10. You get the gist. I'm glad the point is brought up again, perhaps eventually WG takes time to adress that.

You have reached your quota of positive votes for the day

Example - a mission for 20k PD. The easiest way would be:
Tier 1-4 is 10kPD
Tier 5-7 is 20kPD
Tier 8-10 is 30kPD

Let's look at the matter even from the point of view of the NEW players. Let some good players come in at the same time on the lower levels, who will shoot them like ducks, and they have to play some 20 fights. I think it will not be pleasant to be overwhelmed in every fight.

The easiest way would be not having tier 1-4 at all.
