Thank you very much!

Your list of achievement is almost correct. All epic achievements (Doolittle, Lang, Golubev, Marseille, McCampbell, Akamatsu, Lambert, Gabreski, McGuire, Efimov, Kozhedub) and three service awards (Ace, Winged Legend, Thunder) should award you with Token when received for the first time of the day after daily reset which takes place at 07:00 CEST (UTC +2).

Seems that support don't know it.....It would be better for the administrators to dismiss those incapable.

Dismissing people for not knowing what they've never been told seems kinda antisocial, don't you think so?  :sceptic:

No. If they are paid to know all of the game,if they don't know,is better that they do another job.

It's a bit silly that people in support obviously do not play the game at all ... I mean, they don't have to be top 10 HoF, but they should at least know what this game is about. If they refer to medals of the previous version they're not up-to-date with the game.

Question is: is that a fault of just the support people, or is it a fault of management of support people?  Ofc it would seem logic to send new support people to gather some experience in game - maybe even supply them with fully furnished account. But if nobody cares ....

They're getting paid for helping people. They chiefly need a training, not a new job. That's rather the support manager's responsibility, like Renwor mentioned before. But as it seems, WG is setting completely different priorities. I could well imagine the support employees aren't even equipped with game-ready computers.

Yep, that is how customer support is supposed to work.

I'm doing 'technical' support on a document management system, so I know everything (well...) about the servers, software etc. But our 'functional' or customer support knows how to use the application, so when a user calls with a problem they know what they are talking about and where to look.

When support has link epic medals of version 1.5, I was upset. But do they know what they're talking about?

Hi wlatopa,

Thank you for your answer.

I'm very sorry for the situation.

I personally checked your case and can confirm what my colleague told you.

On the screenshots you have provided you do not see that you have received Epic medals ( Doolittle,Lang and Thunder,Ed).

Epic medals can be found in this link:

If you have any other questions, don't hesitate to contact us again.

I wish you a good day and a great success in the game!

With best regards,

Lol! Now you know which highly hot-off-the-press knowledge base they are provided with to do their work  :teethhappy:

Yep, the wiki is in ruins. Last months few people are trying to rebuild voluntary. It takes time and there are still gaps.

You know how it is - support is just hired people, who are provided with instructions and routines to follow. Not their fault the sources are outdated and inadequate. One could argue that they could learn on their own - but why? It's the employer's responsibility to provide proper and up-to-date training and materials; and when/how should the support staff learn? Reading all the different fora? Playing the game during business hours? Ain't nobody got time for dat, chaps.

You have reached your quota of positive votes for the day

If you are paid to give support to players on bugs, issues, troubleshooting of something, you MUST knows the rules, the game and the game mechanics. If don't ,is only your fault.
