Hard to say, but the screenshot looks like a moment when your client lost its connection to the server. Or are you encountering that permanently?

Something seems to be blocking the data traffic, mainly the one from the server back to your client. For a test, you should try disableing your firewall and internet security software and see if there's any changes.

I would encourage you to contact the Customer Support, probably the team can help you out as this issue seems to be not of a mass character, hence, it should be treated individually.

The game starts normally and sometime after 5 minutes the high ping starts. Everything worked fine until one of the last updates

Actually yesterday I had a technical problem with the communication between server and me, wrote a ticket in the morning and an hour later came the answer with a solution . Try the ticket.

It was something with Clan Page, illustrations, my planes and stuff. Irelevent to write the problem and the solution, point is they did looked into it and wrote me detailed instruction.
