Will it be discount on prem plane from tech tree for gold? As I do not have luck in daily rewards :-D .

At the moment there's an experiment running re prices in the Premium Shop. You do have Japanese planes discounted during this event, other premium planes may have varying prices (as in, different prices for different players, different prices on different days).

There are discounts on Premium Planes for gold from time to time but we are not usually announcing them before they start

You are talking about Premium Shop Planes in the tech-tree (like the A6M3 (exp.) for example) are available at their usual price for purchasing using gold.
