Not impressed..Stage one had a total of 180 positions available giving prizes and players the chance to build up chevrons.
Yet stage two rewards only 120 players, a massive drop in the number of average players who have a chance of winning anything.
Given that one of the most positive aspects and commented facts of stage one was the number of newer/not normally seen on leaderboards players managing to compete I find this very odd that they are now being isolated.
Most will very quickly realise that they have no realistic chance of a decent placing with only prize 120 slots available.
The Question has to be asked what will the criteria be for the final stages? only one player gets anything?
Also I looked at criteria on US server and they need less chevrons for reward planes......

As it was mentioned multiple times, there will always be more than 2 ratings but no one said about 6 ratings for each event. If you look at the NA server criteria you'll see that they also have fewer places in the rating and possible total number of chevrons.

Forgive me for not seeing that mentioned multiple times..I'll spend some time reading every post instead of playing, but it does seem odd that the criteria/rules for an ongoing cumulative score event are unknown to the participants at the outset.Every sport/tournament/leaque/championship I can think of sets out the criteria/rules clearly at the outset for all stages.Imagine a competition like Football World Cup where nobody knows what rules they'll be playing under in the next round.
Reg NA comment, as a newer player and not one that spends much time on forum I now know from asking My Boyfriend that its probably because The NA server has a much smaller(He actually said Dead) playerbase so rewards would be disproportionate to the number of players.

Good question.
On another hand, I would really love to win that aircobra. Unfortunatelly, I am not that good of a pilot to get it in such a competition. And the last one was exactly in the time I was away...
Anyway, good luck to all of you, pilots!

All the Soviet and German Tier IV-V fighters,
heavy fighters,
multirole fighters, including premium and special aircraft, can take part in the event
Except the I-207/4 and Polikarpov I-153 DM-4 ... because of ' their rarity and equal numbers' (see Discord)
But Germans can fly the Bf 110 C6 and even the Me 210 ... because everybody has those. Sure ...

I cannot be sure for this event, but, I positively know, it does not work for other missions/dailies. I "migrated" Avia Bk-534 to luftwaffe (two reasons: terrible, painful czech roundels and I got B-534, which stays czech) and Avia results do not count towards dailies requiring german planes. Since we cannot check results online, I would strongly recommend against using "european" planes for the event.

The page specifically lists the planes you are allowed to use.
https://worldofwarpl...oscow-sep-2019/
Despite the "All the Soviet and German Tier IV-V ... including premium and special aircraft" the list actually does not list all planes. See my previous post.

Your results won't count towards this event then All aircraft that participate in the event are listed in the announcement.
Still dont understand why the Borovkv-Florov and the ramjet I-153 are excluded, especially with the "rarity and equal numbers" argument doesn't hold water, since 1) the Soviets list is one plane shorter and 2) those planes were easy to get rewards.

With 'rarity' they seem to mean that not a lot of players have them.
But then why do I see them way more often than 209-V4 and 100-D1 ?? That would mean that those FEW players with Russian specials fly them more than ALL those players with German specials fly theirs ?!
Or do they just want us to buy those Germans for this event ?

I beg your pardon, but how can this event be connected to your personal gameplay experience?
I'd like to remind you that this event, as well as all the other similar events, is created and held on the side of the Community team. We receive the data about the games played from servers just unloading it several days later. Without any patches or any other stuff that can affect the MM system or balance or anything you can imagine.
Regarding the choice of planes, it's explained in the title. It's the battle of Moscow, we just took maximum possible planes of the appropriate period. Some Soviet planes are not included due to their rarity. And rarity means "number of players who have them atm".

The event looks OK, will be using it as an excuse to grind out the planes in the list to specialist, anything extra is a bonus.
#Blindfold, one thing that is lacking at the moment, is offers in the Premium shop, WoT an WoWS have offers every week, sometimes every few days, WoWP has had the same non-offers for months now, no planes on offer, nothing related to weekend mission, just gold and premium time, maybe time to put something back in the Specials? What happened to the plane of the month as well? a low tier and a months premium was always a good offer (till you had all of the low tier premiums, but now their are the European aircraft which can be added to the rotation), WoT still does this, why not WoWP?
