and what are the rates? the usual 50% off?

i ask because i like to buy stuff like equipment and consumables in bulk when there are specials. but if there are none, there's no point waiting for them. andi have noticed that in the store, you can sell all of your equipment at once if you wanted to, but one has to buy it one by one, since they removed the bulk buy option for equipment, which may be a hint that there aren't going to be any discounts.

The last one was ~beginning of spring, the safe bet would be Christmas/NY.
