Hello Pilots,

lets show us our best, maximum calibrated planes.

Today i start with my most flown airfraft, the Tier 4 Messerschmitt Bf109 B - so far 34 hrs: 16 minutes

2636 enemy planes destroyed - most kills in one battle: 24 -most damage on planes 5765

Most personal points in a battle 27855:

And here it is:

There is an art to flying, or rather a knack. The knack lies in learning how to throw yourself at the ground and miss. ... Clearly, it is this second part, the missing, that presents the difficulties (Douglas Adams - Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy)

88 manouverability is awsome for this one! and I just love the paint job.

edit , I've built mine for speed, 42 in speed.

Good idea for the thread (maybe take screenshots with the "service" tab instead of the "hangar" tab active, so as we can immediately see which equipment the plane was kitted with?) ignore that, I'm stupid.

I'm just an amateur in this plane compared to you, approx 6 hours played, and a 5p pilot. Found the camo, love it :)

edit, not my best calibrated plane, just added for comparision.

My baby is optimized direction manoeuverability, too.
But I choose standard skins because of more camo and more protection against shots from AA guns or enemy airplanes.
The special skins only provide +20% exp for the pilot.

Thanks for posting Klaus - running out of likes - the 90 maneuverability comes from the pilot skills i guess?

Oh and even shooting gold ammo?

Oberhessen, yes .. mainly pilot skills connected to the equipment.

see below

Gold ammo? Yes!
Why not use it when you have it?
Low level Daily Missions take the most time to fullfil.
The earlier I can end them,
the earlier I can play med and high level.

Great, I'm on 81% of maneuverability because mine is missing the acrobat skill. Therefore it got MM 1 and 2. All in all I'm missing four skill points at least. The first motor Guru as well. But that plane got hard competition by the I-17 and it's bigger brother Emil and the MIG 3, Spitfires and so on.

What the…

How did I miss this skin?

I have this nose art on, and I changed camo during the camo discount, because I realised the camo I had previously bought was Condor Legion markings, and ¡Viva la República!,  but I somehow missed that one, despite it being the natural match for this nose art.

There's something funny with that camo ; I use that particular paintjob only for Desert, but it also used flying on winter and marine maps.

Reported it as a bug, but being ignore as usual ...

http://forum.worldofwarplanes.eu/index.php?/topic/52690-bug-in-one-of-the-winter-maps/

anybody else getting this too ?

Btw, I love those matching paintjobs ; the I-17 has a Snake skin, IL-2 mod has a Raven and IL-40 a Dragon/lizard. And there's a Spit with a Badger ...

Oh and the XP-58 of course !! Some kind of reptile ...

Sidus,
your pilot skill aerodynamics expert is completely useless regarding maneuverability.
You need equipment like lightweight wing frame or lightweight power unit to gain additional maneuverability.
Currently you get only a little bit more speed out of this skill.

Its not Sidus plane, but Grison_SE - but Klaus, you are right in case of the pilot skills:

For Speed instead of Aerobatics Expert use Motorguru - in case you go for maneuverabilty use the lightweight frame and lightwight engine

I know,

I'll put my 9p pilot in that one later, motorguru 1+2 and maybe calibrate it a couple of times to what speed I can get.

With some calibration and better pilot I got 45 speed (so far) for the 109B, to be continued...
