First of all, I would recommend you to use check and repair tool in the WGC settings. If it doesn't help you can also try re-installing the game client.
The second option is reinstalling the client together with a few additional steps.
After uninstalling the game client, clear the files in your AppData directory, as uninstalling a client doesn't clear user's data.
Just press Win+R and type/copypaste the line "AppData\Roaming\wargaming.net\World of Warplanes" press Enter. Delete everything from that folder. Also, you can manually clear the cache after that -> Win+R "AppData\Local\Temp\wargaming.net\wowp", delete everything in that folder as well.
Install the game-client once again and please check if it helps. If these steps don't help you, please contact Customer Support.
