WG already changed the logo for me, but here it is anyway:
After I press the Edit clan logo button on the clan page I get the following:
"Even a good gunner can miss sometimes.
It seems the page you are looking for does not exist. Make sure you entered the correct URL."

I had the same problem, wrote a ticket, they said this...
The situation on screenshots may be due to incorrect work of Cache and Cookies in your browser.
Please try to delete Cache and Cookies. In this article you can know how to do it:

...and it fixed the problem.

Unfortunately it didn't fix the problem.
