Worth the money ? 12.000 gold (+ hangar slot 18 tokens + 90% pilot training 100.000 creds)

I sometimes meet them in battle and they do pretty well at low altitude ...

Yesterday elias_the_great told me it was awesome,  save for two things:
- it cannot turn (my guess is that he meant that it does eventually turn one day, albeit at a slow rate. I would not personally go in battle with a plane that just flies straight)

- when not specialized, it is at best mediocre. At worst, a giant enema (this he did not say, I am just adding this for the verbal flourish).

There.

- You can't shoot me! I have a very low threshold of death. My doctor says I can't have bullets enter my body at any time.-

- Handle these capsules with care. Dr. Noah's bacillus is highly contagious. This germ, when distributed in the atmosphere will make all women beautiful and destroy all men over 4'6."-

ApartClassic - 'may all your certainly illegitimate progeny suffer pox or at least perpetual flu'

Well, that was exactly what surprised me ; I was low in a P-51H (also not a great turner) and got into a dogfight with one.

It was bloody hard to shake it off !! Probably because we were at his optimum altitude  and the P-51 performs best at over 2km.

Also, there's a (very good) pilot on Discord who gets loads of Gabreski's with it.

It is a fantastic plane.

I'm glad Elias liked it, because I was the one who recommended this plane to him when we met in a battle, I was flying a Swede and he asked me how is it.

But this is the first thing to do upon purchasing one: click on a pilot, thank him for his enthusiasm and bravery blah blah - and dismiss him. This Swede is rental premium tier 8. Use it to train your real important pilots from other nations, or place your best ones in and smile.

Besides, it looks rather good:

To be honest i have never faced a rather difficult opponent in it...All my games in it are stomps and i am starting to think that its not just luck, this Swede caps/flips everything that isnt a Military base/Plant relatively fast. Its rockets are as strong as the Il-20 ones and maybe stronger...they also recharge very fast (at 60 seconds by default). Its guns are in line with the P-51H in terms of DPS and when top tier, it melts light planes really fast! Its speed is meh if you concider that other planes like the Ho 229/Vampire/Do 335/PV P203 are on the same tier...but for a multirole is fast and it will make turners give up on the chase 8/10 times...as long as you stay in your optimal altitude. As for turning, by default is 11.1 and with gold equipment can go down bellow 10...even 9.7, not sure i still dont have it specialist (so immagine like you are turning with a J7/La-9). In conclusion, you have a true multirole, a better Tempest or an F-84 in tier 8. For me, its the best multirole for its tier in the game and the easiest plane to get Gabreski medal. If you dont bother with MGs and pick the right fights in the right altitude, this plane will dominate your enemies and bring the plunder to your hangar. But before you hop into a game, remember that is a multirole not a fighter and that you win by points, not by who is holding middle <~ let the rest worry about that while you ninja cap the rear ;)

Exactly.

Like I said on Feb 19 ... it really surprised me.
