Did he write this anywhere or do you think he thinks in a way like this?

My point of view is nearly similar to Zen's proposal in the thread above.
- tier 1 to 4 --> for 1 token missions
- tier 5 to 7 --> for 4 token missions

- tier 8 to 10 --> for 4 token missions
including change of the requirements for the missions...

...and - if anybody cares - change of the HOF system.

Just merge tiers in daily missions, like in any other game. Min. tier should be V or VI.

^ Absurd.  New players should be able to accrue rewards in low tiers.

 

Whilst we're at it, Zen has pointed out for the umpteenth time that the so-called "daily" missions should have rewards for each period, not a reward only on completing all three periods.  APartClassic has also pointed out that, comparatively, the effort required to complete a period I mission is far higher than that for for both periods 2 & 3.  Both changes should be implemented forthwith; the players have asked for these changes long enough.
