Purchased Nimble Hunter Me-210 deal expecting to get experienced crew. Aircraft arrived with 2 more 1 skill pilot/crew which is really not why I paid the price nor what was advertised.
Very disappointed that WG support are being difficult about this.

Please note that 100% trained crew with 5 free skill points comes as a bonus, thus, they won't arrive to your account if you already own the Me 210. Please check your ticket once again.

yep I got the 5 skills but a nimble hunter hmm will need to train crew better it has only 37 nimbles

Yes, it appears this was the case. The plane was already in my hangar and I hadn't noticed. Therefore no experienced crew - a very expensive burn.
Simply not adding the crew (which was part of the attraction of the purchase in the first place) seems counter intuitive.
You would think that the logical thing to do would be a system which simply adds a 5x XP crew to the roster - even if that means replacing a crew with only 1 skill (of which I have far too many, the attraction of the purchase was actually being able to GET some decent crew in the first place!) or adding those extra points to an existing crew....
Anyway. Very sad
