I've sort of noticed this before but often wondered if I was just tired and misread it or in the case of placement (1st, 2nd 3rd etc) that it makes extra calculations once returning to hangar that might change the 2nd place you saw reported at the end of the battle into a 3rd place in the hangar.

 

But this time I was sure, (and it was a difference I've never seen before) 

 

At the end of the battle the report indicated 10050 points - once in the hangar it has changed to only 9980 points. 

I checked the replay, and there it is. 10050. I was not imagining things. (apparently I can only attach one pic?)

 

So, any ideas what gives?

It's an old bug, basically calculations during the battle are slightly off when compared to after-battle report. I can't remember if it was addressed or explained, but it definitely was reported more than once.
