Never had this before, but now all of a sudden when I refresh a completed mission, I get one back that is already completed (all 3 chevrons/periods filled)

Known bug. Just play a single game and it will clear for that Period, now with the result you just made. Needs to be done on all three periods.
stats were invented by Satan himself to suck the carefree fun out of gaming

As a sidenote, it was so bad in the end, I had to reinstall the game from scratch. Nothing else helped on the long term.
