Hello can someone help me? When i launch the game it stays at the black screen,

the only thing i see is the game arrow and it stays there forever.

When you open up the WGC, there's a 'Game Settings' tab on the top left, click it and the choose 'Check and repair'.

If that fails....what kind of rig are you using and does it have the basic requirements?.... https://worldofwarplanes.eu/game/#system-requirements

First of all, it's worth following BravelyRanAway's advice and using check and repair tool. If it doesn't help plaese consider contacting our Customer Support for additional checks and help.

every day same error ,frustrating

Had some issues running the game myself for quite some time, so I decided a few days to just send a ticket to support.

So first of all: great guys working there since they managed to fix it.

 

So for starters, my game would just crash immediately after running, and the fix for that was a bat file to clear the cache and stuff (send ticket if you got this issue).

 

Subsequently, I got just the black screen with the cursor issue as described in the OP.

The fix for me? Disabling some obscure Microsoft beta feature for Unicode UTC-8 support for foreign languages.

• Press the key combination Win + R and run the command intl.cpl;
• In the window that opens, go to the tab "Administrative";
• Click "Change system locale ...", and disable "Beta: Use Unicode UTF-8 ..." option;

 Mind, you, this does require a system reboot.

Yes, a system reboot is the way out. I have had  this kind of issue often so far.(the issue recurs regularly). Quite agree to that Unicode system of foreign languages ought to be disabled from Win.os.This will give major issues and hedious annoyances. So troublesome they are) 

Also clearning unnecessary files using an effective anti-software will help a lot.   I deleted 4,5Gb yesterday,, this will be 1/9

of  the size of Wowp.This was causing unexplainably  strange issues( now gone) This can happen once in a while. I´m wondering if bots will never have these issues...
