background goes black in sniper and turret mode 95 out of 100 times.

running AMD 5600XT, updated drivers.

any clues?

btw - any players at all? feels like just WG bots in Tier 1-3

5600XT? Are you talking about that current/newest generation Radeon? OMG, I tested a R5500XT a few months ago and gave up after 3 days of several new bugs each day. You can feel lucky having only a black background in sniper mode.

 

Regarding bots, seems you are still enjoying the rookie protection mode. Will change soon.

If you are a totally new player, then you are in protected MM for a while (I don't remember how long is it, 50 battles? 20 battle?). Less players, and if any then they are as fresh as you are. You will always meet mostly bots anyway

 Dont want to kick out the GPU... just built a new rig.
heading back to just playing tanks ... sort of had enough of that
