hardy9z9 says correctly. Exchange rate is mentioned in the article.
After the event ends, the unused certificates will be exchanged for gold at the following rate: 1 certificate = 55 gold.

This plane has been captured. Not too hard missions:
I flew one fight. It looks promising but plays with four tier and and very short fight (4 hour 32 minute on Twitch):

Can anyone even explain precisely how to achieve a Flying Paladin?
Here you go, RFC - look under the Fighters and Heavy Fighters sections:

As blindfolds link here: http://forum.worldofwarplanes.eu/index.php?/topic/52638-bomber-escort-mode-personal-aircraft-type-specific-missions/
indicates, 'Paladins' of any variety aren't available during Bomber Escort (and probably other Crimson Dawn events - I haven't bothered to check) tasks.

I think no.
Firstly, there is only one operation order we can win. Then in previous event I won the unique operation order once, activated it, but didn't complete all the missions. Then I won it again in the next phase.

You think, hmm... :] it is nice to know what You think, but I want to know how it really is.
Btw - You DID recieve another set of operation orders, that means if I open another crate, there could be another set. Why do You think there wont be any, if You recieved one before??? Does not make sense to me :]
