Yeah, WG made and mini-update after a year of total silence and now reenabled the special modes for the birthday... so I thought that's a good time to play a little WoWp again. And up into the bomber escort mode. Oh man, I have forgotten how fun playing this game can be especially when there is not just a single mode to play in. I mean sure the escort mode is far from balanced but since I have everything in the game I don't really care at all about winning rewards. Then again I shouldn't really complain given that except for a single battle I have won every single time - regardless whether attacker of defender. And it has been a hell lot of fun flying through those big bomber formations with flak fire everywhere and all the chaos in the sky. I really hope this isn't the last time they made a patch before WG decides to close down the skies for good.

It's the Bomber Escort.
We are playing this game to shoot planes, right? Well the Bomber Escort gives long target-rich games, exciting, dynamic, shooting from the very first to the last second, no time even to breathe. Dakka dakka budda budda all day long.
If it was choosable mode, that's where I'd spend all my time.

That brings a smile to my face. Sometimes with all the stats and stuff many of us forget that in the end effect, gaming is all about entertainment and anything we play should entertain us and we hope to get some well needed enjoyment out of the entertainment we choose. Bravo to you Killtech, really glad to hear your having some fun! Wish you luck in your games ahead!
