I've learned several skills to several pilots and gunners but cannot reach the prize.

IIRC it has to be the first skill on a pilot.

I still haven't finished this one myself.  What RoyalFC means is that you probably have to recruit a new pilot, then give him a new skill.  That probably involves putting him in an aircraft and flying it until he is 100% qualified, then giving him a single-point skill like fire-fighting.  I will try it later and let you know if it works.

Anyway i've learned all types: 1st, second ... but doesn't work.

Well, I re-bought an aircraft that I sold back in 1.x, hired a new pilot and bought 90% XP then flew a couple of battles to get the XP up to 100%.  Went to the Crew-Personal Files-Skills box and gave him the Fire Fighter skill...

 

..on going to the Combat Reconnaissance box and checking, I see that I STILL haven't achieved the task.  I really don't know what else to do.

The next time I'm in the game I'll take a look.  I remember this being a sticking point for me, but I don't recall how I solved it.
