Well, some of us might be somewhat wet behind the ears and still working on Vampire for example.

 

Anyway, there seems to be an issue with description of missions #4 and #14 :

Please try running the game in the safe mode. It seems that this issue is caused by mods (I suspect it's Who's the AI or any other modification that changes the localization files). It looks correct for me:

Well, I've been on a forced break from flying operations recently, (I swear I wasn't being given as much work last year!) so I'm back with a vengeance.

 

I've got the hardest rock song I can find playing, my computer fans are set to "turbo" mode, and I've just put on my panache fragrance. I'm ready, so bring it on!

 

For those who haven't finished already, I wish you luck and offer some advice, stay clear of my Hurri's 20mm.

While I will try not to shoot down any of you, I never have been very good with names...

How long did it take you guys to 'destroy 5 enemy attack aircraft in one battle' ?? A team has only GA ... not easy to kill 'm twice and one thrice.

First found out about this when I logged into WOT, to claim a free tank or something, when they did their tank festival thing a few years ago.

 

 

It's a more modern track than I normally listen to, but I do find that gets the blood pumping nice and quickly.

 

I also ripped my favourite pair of trousers today, so I have been channelling my anger against the bots, and it appears to have worked. Top of my team in every battle and an Ace, maybe Palpatine was onto something...

I'm not proud (because of the tier AND the tactics..) but managed it on the 3rd attempt.  Used my Blenheim, waited 'til I was top tier then took the sector closest to the spawn.  The enemy took the other 3 sectors but had to defend them (I kept sending our bots to those), so 'my' sector was the only one their GA and bombers could go for.  Both their GA and both their bombers were bots, so they just followed the same flight path each time.  My selfishness led to our team losing, but I managed the 5 GA with an extra in the bank too.

First battle and done, BF110B v t3, a map with 2 missile bases and airfield in middle. Easily capped the nearest missile base, their 2 bot t3 gaa were left stooging around easy kills for me. Then as above it was just a matter of waiting for them to drone back a couple of times, it helped their team was useless so we had an easy win. I sneaked a bit towards their spawn as well, almost spawn killing but ho hum.

For the GAA kill take XF90 and do your job. From time to time just go to the sectors where you see them on the minimap. You can cruise very fast from one sector to the other. 

I think the mission with 9 LF kills might be more painfull but Horten works better then fine.

Thanks for the tips guys, but I gave up.

It's the same old story with these missions ; normally you get those GA kills regularly (for instance by hanging over a mining plant and waiting for them) but now it just didn't work. Used certificates.

Now busy on the Paladin, got 16 kills with P.1101, just 1 kill short (I think) ...

and a Marseille, Kozhedub, Akamatsu, Hero of the Sky etc ...

Cause I'm getting fed up with the 2 million (!!) damage mission ... about to skip it.
