Managed to put my hands on this beauty :
Every game runs on 90+ FPS (1080p, max settings) BUT the fantastic World of Warplanes runs on CONSTANT 28-38 FPS ON MEDIUM SETTINGS (1080p)
Dear Wargaming! WTF???

Only World of Warplanes has FPS issues, as i mentioned everything else runs smoothly even with ray tracing...
MOBO: Gigabyte Aorus B450 Elite
CPU: Ryzen 5 2600X
RAM: 16 GB ADATA XPG Gammix D10 3200 MHz
VGA: Gigabyte RTX 3070 Vision OC
AAAAnd World of Warplanes 35 FPS on medium settings lol

Latest NVIDIA driver (465.89) clean installed
and here you go World of Warplanes medium settings 1080p 32 FPS ![]()
And no, its not because of drivers, every games run flawlessly, oh and forgot to mention, WOWP is installed on a M.2 PCI-E SSD not on a HDD
Edit:
Tried the "optimize" thing and boom! same results ![]()

Well, if you insist it's not because of drivers, then you have a faulty card
My card, a generation lower, does not have your fps issues at all:
Here is 131fps when I lost connection and beat speed record on I-260:
Here's 92fps on a notoriously bad map (though it's a LOT better now, after being optimized at some point by WG):
Last but not least, this is 303 fps (though from a replay, so it's a different environment):
I'm not a PC guru though, for me it's either your card (but shouldn't be, as it is supposedly brand new and pretty good) or software (hence my question about drivers). If it's not the GeForce driver, maybe something deeper in the system, like DirectX or similar thing, but again I'm only making a guess.

Well just started a KF2 session, max settings, everything turn on and 150 FPS
Trust me, EVERY GAME IS OK except World of Warplanes

Trust me, WoWP is not your issue. The game can run a lot better than it runs for you. Something in your rig, software or hardware, is limiting its performance. I'd try Tech Support ticket.
EDIT: OH! check your V-sync and set it to Off, and check if you didn't enable fps limit by accident.

The monitor will surely help with selfesteem, but I don't think it will do much for the looks, seeing (excuse the pun) that visual acuity of most humans tops out at around 60fps ![]()

As the other I run the game, if I remove the vsync, around 105-120 fps with all in full (some drop of fps to 50 fps when lots of planes, fire and smoke everywhere). My display didn't follow (60 Hz).
And I have a small configuration (G5400 + GTX 1650 + 16 Gb DDR4).
The 32 fps with RTX3070 is strange but the game is not design for up to date hadware. I remove my Sades USB headphone to go back with an old one with Jack because with the USB I have lots of deco when I start a battle (by deco I mean here I go back to desktop and the game close).
Try to reset the video setting and launch the game in basic mode. for this you need to use the small arrow on the right of 'battle' in the WG launcher. Sometime it helps (try all the three basic modes to lauch the game)

Vsync on (60 fps limits because of the display) all video settings on max

This is very weird. Try to update windows and unistall drivers through Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU - https://www.wagnards...v18035-released) in safe windows mode. Then install newest nvidia drivers with default settings and delete cache in WoWP and use Check and repair in Wargaming game center. If this not help uninstall WoWP, delete Wargaming directories and install again. This card must run in full details and highest settings in 1080p and HD client at 90+ FPS on every map.

Look, i have like 10 games installed at the moment on my rig, games like Fallout 76, Star Wars Battlefront 2, World of Tanks, Skyrim, Borderlands 3 etc...and everything runs perfectly. Theres no framecap turned on, because sometimes i see wowp reaching 80+ FPS but the average FPS i see is around 30. I always start the game with the "clear cache" option, tried the check and repair and EVEN REINSTALLED but still crap frames per second. Btw the monitor is a Samsung C27FG70 (1 ms response time, 144 Hz refresh rate) and ONLY this game has issues! I give up, maybe a ticket will help, but thanks the many good advice guys!
