When you open crates sometimes the game freezes. And you have to kill it.

I've noticed that this happens when my premium time has expired and there is premium time prize in the crate. Sometimes the game tries to show the hangar selection popup, which might be the reason it hangs up.

I've had the crash also without premium time prize, but that's more rarely.

 

May I suggest the tiny quality of life change that pressing [Esc] would bring you back to hangar or you could put a key binding to the default button like space for such screens. This way even if the screen hangs you can get back. WoT has had for a while now something like that in some screens for about the same reason... it's not thorough there either though.

 

I'm pretty sure it has been mentioned before, but really this is pretty bad looking bug when you open crates, purchased or won and you can't see your prizes.

Very, very old bug ...

I only get it when there's premium days in the crate and I have no more days left. You also don't get to see what else was in the crate ... which might explain why one or twice I have found a premium plane in the hangar that I didn't know I even had !!

Oh good i'm not the Only with this Problem. Today i meet this Bug....

You can try open the crates at "windowed" mode. It help me to decrease the number of the game freeze if I receive the premium days.
