   is it i need to kill planes or get all 14 in one battle ???

In one battle. Air defense aircraft do count. So it's not only enemies.

'Aerial targets' = any plane kills

'Enemy planes' = planes from enemy team (red planes)

 

All enemy planes are aerial targets, not all aerial targets are enemy planes.

Aerial targets > Enemy planes
